How much is shipping?
Free, anywhere in New Zealand. We ship from Auckland, and orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes. Flat NZ$35, tracked from Auckland, usually 5–10 business days. We don't ship anywhere else yet.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused bag for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Faulty bags are on us.
