Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order, anywhere in New Zealand.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your bag is on its way.
Delivery times
- North Island: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
- South Island: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: allow an extra 1–2 business days
- Australia: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch
These are estimates from our courier and can stretch during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Where we ship
New Zealand: free shipping on every order.
Australia: flat NZ$35, tracked. Orders under A$1,000 don’t attract Australian duties or GST at the border.
We don’t currently ship anywhere else. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect points.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved in 5 business days, or your bag arrives damaged, email hello@todaybags.co.nz with your order number and we’ll sort it.
